  Jon joined Secure Mission Solutions after his tenure as the Senior Vice President for Business Development for the IT Service Group of QinetiQ North America (QNA).  In this position he was responsible not only for growing the business, but also in assisting the new QNA organization in developing policies and procedures and in integrating their newly acquired companies.  Jon came to QNA via the acquisition of the ITS Corporation, where he was Senior Vice President for Business Development.

  Prior to ITS, Jon served varying positions in GTE Government Systems over a span of 12 years, which later became General Dynamic Advanced Information Systems as result of an acquisition.  His prior positions included:  Director of Business Development at GDAIS; Director of BD for the Intelligence and Exploitation Systems Division; Director of Operations for Intelligence Operations; Advanced Program Manager and Program Manager of several C4ISR operations in support of US SOUTHCOM, US Atlantic Command (JFCOM) and the Intelligence Community.

  Before joining industry, Jon served a full career in the Army, the last ten years being with the Intelligence Community including Army DCSINT, the Pentagon and the Defense Intelligence Agency in Washington DC. There he was involved in many aspects of C4ISR, to include functional management of the DoD Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) and support of Desert Shield / Desert Storm actions.  Jon holds a master’s from American University and Wayne State University and a bachelor’s from University of Miami.

  He currently resides in Springfield Virginia, enjoys boating and fishing in the Chesapeake Bay and attempts to play golf.
