SMS is establishing an integrated security platform by acquiring premier security companies already serving the Federal security market. Relying on our knowledge of Federal customers and their current contractors, we will identify privately held acquisition targets with complementary security skill sets, and existing track records of performance and growth.
We plan to use a participatory leadership-oriented integration process that maintains acquisitions’ performance and growth, while addressing new customers and opportunities. Acquisition will continue to complement organic growth as we make additional acquisitions in subsequent years.
