ICIDS IV - Protecting our Armed Forces, One Base at a Time

Secure Mission Solutions is the primary contractor supporting the development and fielding of the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System (ICIDS) - IV by providing physical intrusion detection, access control and CCTV services for all Army sites requiring physical security controls. With numerous Army bases around the country secured by ICIDS-IV already, Secure Mission Solutions continues providing the means to detect and assess the unauthorized intrusions of protected areas, one Army base at a time.

Working to provide the means to detect and assess as necessary the unauthorized intrusion or attempted intrusions of protected areas, the ICIDS-IV program supports the Product Manager – Force Protection Systems and its customers with the delivery of highly secured, standardized intrusion detection systems using state-of-the-art commercial technology. Security functions integrated into the system include:

» Access Control: Magnetic strip, proximity and biometric readers
» CCTV: Color and monochrome cameras and monitors
