Secure Mission Solutions Acquires Sim-G Technologies (Reston, VA)

Secure Mission Solutions, Inc. (SMS) a private company headquartered in Northern Virginia has acquired Sim-G Technologies LLC (Sim-G). Sim-G Technologies is well known as a provider of security systems for DoD, the military services - as well as federal, state and local government agencies, and private sector critical infrastructure projects. Sim-G’s more than 150 engineers and technical professionals also deliver cyber security, systems engineering and command-and-control support primarily for defense and intelligence community customers.

Tom Sundling, CEO of Secure Mission Solutions, stated that “With the addition of Sim-G, SMS now has more extensive physical and cyber security capabilities to support its integrated security focus.” Sim-G will join WareOnEarth Communications (WCI) as operating companies within Secure Mission Solutions.

Riordan, Lewis and Haden Equity Partners of Los Angeles is the principal investor in SMS. RLH financed the acquisition of WareOnEarth Communications and Sim-G Technologies and remains an active partner in SMS.
